If you don't receive the email to reset your password, make sure to check your Spam folder! Oftentimes that email can end up there.
The link in each password reset email can only be used once, so if you've reset multiple times, make sure you are using your most recent password reset link.
If you reset your password, but are still not able to successfully log in, try using a different password. Some special characters are not supported, and will therefore create an error when you attempt to reset your password.
