  1. A button that shows how much money was collected last month in the finance admin

    Every month I'm required to report how much my chapter collected in the past month. This button is a much easier option than just adding up all the payments manually

  2. Default setting changes

    When I look at member balances, it brings up ever member that has come through. Making a way so you can choose "active" as the default list that comes up would decrease wasted time changing the setting every time someone clicks the tab.

  3. Give the option to backdate transactions

    It is often useful to put a date on transactions that lines up with when it actually happened / the date listed in the receipt book. This makes it easier to find old transactions, and to avoid entering duplicates.

  4. Bills with Separate Items

    A single Itemized bill would be easier to understand than the mass emails for each charge that gets sent out. Allow for the system to separate charges into groups of the same pay date with what is being paid listed out and a total given.. This will simplify the statements/notifications that go out and viewing how much is owed.

  5. Allow negative balances for members

    As a treasurer, it is important to allow a negative balance on a member's account when they or their bill payer pays a few months in full or the entire semester. Chapter spot currently does not allow this and it makes the task of sending future invoices complicated as those people have to be left out.

  6. Finance Admin

    Allow transactions to be viewed all at once in chronological order (that way users don't have to click and view the detail for each member).

    Also, in addition to Credit and Payment for charges, I suggest adding a write-off/adjustment option so that a financial user can identify cash/check payments, from credit card payments, from write-offs.

    Furthrmore, for tracking purposes, it would be nice to be able to view the complete transaction number (i.e. #c123456-78987). In the newest view, this confirmation numbers are cutoff.

    Finally, it would be nice to view various financial reports such as total revenues collected in a…
