Marking messages that come to inbox as message does not give the recipient the best identifier for who the message is from. It would be great for the messages to say ChapterSpot Message or even the group name. But, simply putting 'message' seems to be getting things overlooked by our chapter members.6 votes
This is a great suggestion! We’ve spoken about it with our dev team and will get back to you with a further update if we plan on implementing it in the future.
Allow subject lines when sending out emails4 votes
It would be awesome if we were able to scribe a message hours in advance and have it send at the selected time so that we wouldn't have to do it right in the middle of set-up/clean-up.11 votes
Thanks for the suggestion! We’ll definitely take that into consideration as we make product updates.
PLease add a "user default pref" option to the message type drop down box and allow me to send whichever type works for each user. noting the sms text limits may be a hurdle, but i know you can do it :-)1 vote
Users should be able to remove threads from their messages tab.22 votes
Thanks for the recommendation. This is something we have heard from numerous users and plan to implement in a future update.
Create a search engine to search through message threads. This will allow people to easily search for certain information no matter where it is located, whether it be at the bottom or the top of the thread3 votes
Great suggestion! Check back for updates on your idea!
It would be much less cluttered if there were an option to title threads or make them "categorical", example: Allow admin to title a message Thread "General" for General Discussion vs "New Member, Actives, Blah, blah, blah," It helps members direct their posts to the right place, rather than having a million different threads open with completely random posts.11 votes
That’s a great idea, and I can see how that would be useful to keep track of all the different messages sent out. I’ll submit this idea to the team to see if it is something we will implement in the future!
