I would like an attendance manager so members can mark whether or not they attended an event and keep track of how many events they have attended in a quarter. This would be a great help for exec board when calculating attendance points.7 votes
Ability to add or remove people from folders.
Ability to have a specific folder for Leaders, that allows the contents to stay the same even when the people in the leader positions change.

Great suggestions, we are currently planning on giving admins the ability to delete/manage files!
Also we currently do have a feature where you can select folders to only be available to different groups you have created on your account!
At some point in time, will administrators or users have the ability to rename files in the "Documents" section of Chapter Spot?

When we are making the transition from new members to actives it would be nice to simply select a box next to several members and then have the option to update or edit all.11 votes
This is a great idea. I will make sure to put this on our radar for when we are doing some add ons to our new platform in the upcoming months!
In the advanced profile section there should be extra sections to allow for Maiden name, nickname, spouse's name, anniversary, possibly even kids names. If a chapter is using this heavily for alumni relations these things might be helpful. OR allowing admins to add extra user defined profile sections. All these items would be downloaded into the roster.1 vote

I've been using this system for 2 years now, and what frustrates me is that fact that when a payment is recorded, it gets applied to the earliest charge and the balance looks awkward from the admin view. Could there be a way to have a drop down when recording payments so that payments could be assigned directly to certain charges?7 votes

I think a cool idea would be that when you click on an event it loaded a whole page just for that event where a few things could happen.
- Members could RSVP (just a simple yes no or maybe dropdown)
- Members could see the RSVP list
- Members could comment on the event. Say I want to discuss rides to an event, if we could do it right on the event page I feel it would be more organized.12 votes

Hey Angeli — good suggestion. Admins can now update member profiles, but not yet member pictures. We’ll review this and let you know what we come up with.
Allow the finance admin to delete charges, at least if the charge has not been paid by anyone. It would also be helpful if it were possible to add people to a charge or remove people from a charge after the charge is created.32 votes

In my chapter as well as in other chapters I am aware of, multiple people could added transactions to members accounts, I like on the old platform where it shows who added the charge, could y'all bring that back with the new platform?1 vote
Good suggestion! I’ll submit this request to the team.
The ability to sort by member status is great, but the ability to view a list of all members (inactive, active, alumni) is helpful for a larger overview.

Have you noticed our App Store that’s in development? We’re planning on offering a rich customization package for groups to customize their user interface in the near future. One of those will include a customizing the background picture as well as a landing page on a domain of your choice (ie. mygroup.com).

Don't worry, Reports will be making a strong comeback. One of the things we're improving is the "database" end of the profiles. In the meantime, don't hesitate to reach out to us to request custom reports.4 votes

Leaders especially the president should be able to delete or edit any files they want it makes no sense for a new member to be able to double post a document and the president having to call them and force them to delete it rather then the president just deleting it himself.37 votes
